Africa Go Trip operates as a multi-vendor marketplace (OTA). We provide the technology for you to discover and book tours with local operators. When you make a booking, the legal contract for the travel service is directly between you and the **Tour Operator**.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is typically required to secure your dates and permits. Payment schedules vary by operator and are clearly outlined on each itinerary page.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Each operator has their own cancellation policy. While Africa Go Trip facilitates the refund process, we are bound by the terms set by the local provider regarding non-refundable park fees and lodge deposits.
4. Limitation of Liability
Travel in Africa involves inherent risks. Africa Go Trip is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the tour. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
5. Operator Conduct
We vet all operators, but we are not responsible for the day-to-day conduct of on-ground staff. However, we take guest feedback seriously and will remove any operator who fails to maintain our luxury standards.
