Day 1  :  Arrival in Tanzania


Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA), our team will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in the charming town of Moshi. Once you settle in, you'll meet your experienced guide who will give you a briefing about the upcoming climb. The guide will also conduct an equipment check to ensure you have all the necessary mountain gear, and if needed, you can rent any additional items.     Day 2  :  Begin climb from Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa Camp


    The adventure begins at Londorossi Gate (2,100 meters), the starting point of the Northern Circuit Route. After registering with the Kilimanjaro National Park authorities, we'll proceed to the trailhead. While Climb through the rainforest, keep an eye out for glimpses of large wildlife like elephants and buffaloes. The day's climb will lead us to Mti Mkubwa Camp, where you'll be served a satisfying dinner after covering a distance of approximately 5.5 kilometers. The Climb time is estimated to be around 3-4 hours.

    Day 3  :  Continue climb from Mti Mkubwa Camp to Shira Camp 1


    Today, we continue our journey towards the west side of the Shira Plateau, which takes about 6 hours of Climb. The trail will take us through different zones, starting with the montane forest, transitioning to the heather zone, and eventually reaching the Shira Plateau's edge. Here, you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking view of Kilimanjaro and its majestic glaciers. The distance covered today is approximately 5.5 kilometers, and the Climb time is about 3-4 hours.

    Day 4  :  Shira Camp 1 climb up to to Moir Camp


    On this day, we cross the Shira Plateau, passing by the 'Garden of the Senecios,' and entering the high alpine desert zone. The climb is longer today, covering a distance of about 14 kilometers, and the estimated Climb time is 6-8 hours. The route will take us to Moir Camp at an altitude of 4,200 meters. During the day's climb, you'll be treated to impressive vistas of the northern plains of Kilimanjaro, extending all the way to the borders of Kenya and Tanzania.

    Day 5  :  Steep climb from Moir Camp to Buffalo Camp


    Today's climb involves a moderately steep climb out of Moir Valley. Before reaching Buffalo Camp, you can opt for a detour to summit Little Lent Hill at 4,375 meters, providing additional stunning views. After the day's climb, which covers around 12 kilometers in about 5-7 hours, you'll arrive at Buffalo Camp in the afternoon. Take some time to rest and enjoy a well-deserved lunch.

    Day 6  :  Kilimanjaro climb from Buffalo Camp to Rongai Third Cave


    This day begins with a climb up the Buffalo ridge and a descent into Pofu Camp for lunch. Afterward, the route continues east, around the northern slopes, leading to Rongai Third Cave at 3,800 meters. By now, you should be feeling well acclimatized to the altitude. The distance covered today is around 8 kilometers, and the estimated Climb time is 5-7 hours.

    Day 7  :  Steadily climb from Rongai Third Cave to School Hut


    On day seven, the trail involves a steady incline up and over the Saddle, situated between Kibo and Mawenzi Peaks. You'll continue walking south-west up to School Hut at 4,800 meters. An early dinner will be served at School Hut, as you will be awoken before midnight to prepare for your summit attempt. Today's climb covers approximately 15 kilometers, and the estimated time is 4-5 hours.

    Day 8  :  School Hut to Uhuru Peak and then onto Millennium Camp


    With hot tea and biscuits to energize you, you'll begin the steep ascent up the slopes of Kibo in the darkness. Passing through Hans Meyer Cave and reaching Gilman's Point at 5,681 meters, you'll witness the approaching dawn and breathtaking views. After another 2 hours of Climb, you'll reach the summit, Uhuru Peak. Take in the beauty and capture unforgettable pictures. The descent will lead you to Millennium Camp, where you'll spend your final night on the mountain. Today's climb covers approximately 6 kilometers in about 6-8 hours.
