    Day 1  :  START AT UMBWE GATE TO UMBWE CAMP


    Begin your trek at the Umbwe Gate (1,800 meters/5,905 feet). The trail winds through lush rainforests with diverse flora and fauna. The trek is challenging but incredibly rewarding. Arrive at Umbwe Camp (2,943 meters/9,656 feet) to rest, enjoy a warm meal prepared by the cook, and take in the breathtaking views.

    Day 2  :  TREK FROM UMBWE CAMP TO BARRANCO CAMP


    Today's trek takes you through steep sections and a ridge walk, offering glimpses of Kilimanjaro's glaciers in the distance. Traverse to Barranco Camp (3,976 meters/13,044 feet), where you'll be amazed by the views of the Barranco Wall and the valley below. Catch a well-deserved rest and acclimatize to the higher altitude.

    Day 3  :  SCRAMBLE TREK FROM BARRANCO CAMP TO KARANGA CAMP


    The day begins with a scramble up the famous Barranco Wall (not technical trekking). Enjoy the thrill of trekking and the sense of achievement once you reach the top. Continue the trek through alpine desert terrain, making your way to Karanga Camp (3,995 meters/13,106 feet) for the night.

    Day 4  :  KARANGA CAMP ASCEND TO BARAFU CAMP


    Ascend to Barafu Camp (4,673 meters/15,331 feet), the base camp for the final summit push. The landscape transforms into a rocky and inhospitable environment. Rest and hydrate, as the summit attempt will begin late at night.

    Day 5  :  SUMMIT DAY! BARAFU CAMP TO UHURU PEAK TO MWEKA CAMP


    The big day has come! Awake around midnight for a light meal before starting the ascent to the summit. Reach Stella Point (5,685 meters/18,651 feet) at dawn, where you'll be greeted by a magnificent sunrise. Push on to Uhuru Peak (5,895 meters/19,341 feet), the highest point in Africa! Celebrate your achievement and take in the incredible views. Descend back to Barafu Camp for a brief rest before continuing to Mweka Camp (3,100 meters/10,170 feet).

    On the final day, descend through the lush rainforest to Mweka Gate (1,640 meters/5,380 feet). Receive your summit certificates and bid farewell to your trekking team. Transfer back to Moshi, where you can enjoy a hot shower and a well-deserved celebration dinner.
