    Day 1  :  Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa(2,750m)


    The second day commences with an early rise, brimming with enthusiasm for the journey to the foot of the Northern Circuit Kilimanjaro route. After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, the drive to Londorossi Park Gate is nothing short of mesmerizing. Passing through Boma N’gombe, you'll be immersed in the vibrant culture of Sanya Juu's native people. Upon reaching your destination, you'll register with the Kilimanjaro National Park authorities while our dedicated team organizes all your gear and supplies. Meet the rest of your support team, including our friendly chefs, who are instrumental in ensuring a comfortable and rewarding expedition. Your guides will drive you further up the mountain to the starting point of the trek. The first leg of the journey will lead you through untamed wilderness, with ancient and exotic botanical species adorning the rainforest canopy. Wildlife sightings are plentiful, with Black and White Colobus Monkeys and even larger mammals like elephants and buffalo

    Day 2  :  Mti Mkubwa Camp(2,750m) to Shira 1 Camp(3,550m)

As you venture forth, you bid farewell to the rainforest, stepping into the majestic barren landscape of the Low Alpine moorland zone. Here, you'll be awe-struck by rare flora species, including enormous violet lobelias and other captivating vegetation. The vast Shira Plateau, a remnant of an ancient volcanic crater, will leave you humbled by its grandeur. Setting up camp at Shira Camp 1 (3,550m), you'll embrace the stunning surroundings and perhaps partake in brief excursions to aid your acclimatization.
