From there, you will continue to the zigzag path that leads to Gillman's Point, located at 5681 meters. The final push to the summit begins, as you ascend the remaining distance to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. After your triumphant ascent, you begin the descent back down to Horombo Hut. The journey takes around 3 hours, and you will have the opportunity to reflect on your incredible achievement as you make your way back to civilization.
