After passing through the gate, you will begin your ascent to Simba Camp, which is located in the Montane Forest habitat.     Day 4  :  Hiking from Third Cave Camp to Kibo Hut

The views from the hut are breath taking, and we can see the vast expanse of the crater and the surrounding landscape. Today, we will take the time to rest and prepare ourselves for the final ascent to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. The remainder of the day will be spent resting and preparing for the final push to the summit. We will go over our equipment, make sure we have everything we need, and do any last-minute preparations. We will also review our route and the challenges we may face as we make our way to the summit. It's important to be well-rested and prepared for this final leg of the journey.

The hike will be challenging, but with the help of our guides, we will make our way to the summit. Once we reach the summit, we will have the opportunity to take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and celebrate our accomplishment. After taking in the views, we will begin our descent to the Horombo Hut. The descent will take us through the forest habitat, where we can expect to see lush vegetation and wildlife. At the Horombo Hut, we will rest and have dinner

The descent will be faster and easier compared to the ascent, and we will arrive at the Mandara Hut. From there, we will continue our descent to the Marangu Gate, where we will sign out and meet our driver who will take us back to Moshi.
